Provenance
SPS national PGD templates for antimicrobials created by SPS with support from the Royal College of General Practitioners (RCGP), the Advisory Committee on Antimicrobial Prescribing, Resistance and Healthcare Associated Infection (ARPHAI), UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) and NHS England (NHSE) with the support of specialist stakeholders working within clinical practice.
