This drop-in session will explore the fundamentals of deviation investigation and how to establish their root causes.

  • how to establish root causes
  • how to write the deviation report

The session is suitable for:

  • aseptic services and radiopharmacy services teams
  • production and QA/QC teams
  • authorised and accountable pharmacists and deputies

The session will be delivered by presentation and supported by members of the SPS QA team for Q&As.
