About the Event

Yogita, a Clinical Lead for mental health pharmacy, presented some good practice cases of the role pharmacy can play with ICS’s, considered benchmarking and interviewed a Deputy Chief Pharmacist and Lead Pharmacist about securing posts.

Why it’s important

Many mental health services face challenges around staffing and deployment of staff.  There is a need to consider this in light of the NHS long-term plan for mental health.
