About the Event

Yogita, a Clinical Lead for mental health pharmacy, will present some good practice cases, of the role pharmacy can play with ICS’s, consider benchmarking and interview a Chief Pharmacist about securing posts.

Why it’s important

Many mental health services face challenges around staffing and deployment of staff.  There is a need to consider this in light of the NHS long-term plan for mental health.

  • A summary of good practice cases
  • Possible KPIs, benchmarking, ntional survey results and the use of non-medical prescribers
  • Chief Pharmacist interview about securing posts
