About this event

This webinar is an opportunity for primary care pharmacy staff to discuss key aspects of medication safety with national experts.

Why it’s important

Medications are the most common intervention in healthcare but can also cause severe harm. Medication safety is everyone’s responsibility – we need to work together to ensure that we keep our patients safe.

What will be covered

  • Current medication safety priorities for primary care in brief
  • An opportunity to ask questions and make comments about medication safety in primary care
  • An opportunity to reflect on your own role in medication safety
