About this event
This webinar is an opportunity for primary care pharmacy staff to discuss key aspects of medication safety with national experts.
Why it’s important
Medications are the most common intervention in healthcare but can also cause severe harm. Medication safety is everyone’s responsibility – we need to work together to ensure that we keep our patients safe.
