This webinar provides the fundamentals of procurement regulations, frameworks, and contracting. It will explore how these systems operate in practice and examine their direct impact on Trust‑level pharmacy services.
There will also be an opportunity to hear directly from procurement experts, offering valuable insights, real‑world experience, and the chance to ask questions. Designed to support better understanding and informed decision‑making, speakers will highlight how these core processes underpin effective, efficient, and compliant pharmacy procurement.
Why it’s important
With the Procurement Act 2023 coming into force in 2025, those working in pharmacy procurement need to understand the changes introduced and how contracting authorities operate within the new regulations.
