A patient shared his experiences of the effects of his medicines and the challenges he faced obtaining what was best for him.  Improving Adherence and implementing shared decision making (through the MAGIC programme) were discussed.

The hot topic of introducing Insulin self administration followed improving patient experience at the point of medicines reconciliation in a mental health trust.
