This webinar looked at the changing landscape in end of life medication management, particularly in light of the current COVID pandemic – and addressed key challenges that patients, families and professionals face. Ben shared some of the solutions being adopted in different areas nationally to support people at home. Elli presented the findings of her research in this area and some of the practical strategies that can be done to help patients and families cope as best they can
