RMOC (London) Antimicrobial Resistance / Stewardship Subgroup

The RMOC (London) Antimicrobial Resistance / Stewardship Subgroup is a network that brings together multi-disciplinary practitioners and other network leads with an interest in AMR and improvement across London. Its aims are to:

  • reduce anti-microbial prescribing overall
  • reduce rates of gram negative infections
  • increase good practice in prescribing

Its particular areas of current focus include UTI prevention, diagnosis, and treatment in the elderly; optimising use of antibiotics in urgent care settings; and working with STPs to map and understand their priorities.
