Nicola is the lead for the SPS Pharmacy Integration Project, which has been commissioned to develop and deliver a range of resources, professional development tools and networks to support pharmacy colleagues working in PCNs, care homes and community pharmacy settings across England.  The project aims to support this workforce to deliver evidence-based medicines optimisation to patients.
