A psychologist outlined why difficult conversations can be a challenge for some and not for others, and there was an opportunity for the audience to ask questions. Examples of difficult conversations with patients and colleagues was discussed, to identify strategies to enable you to navigate difficult conversations more confidently. This webinar was recorded in June 2024.
