- how to maximise the effectiveness of SOPs
- common weaknesses, pitfalls and deficiencies when developing SOPs

- aseptic services and radiopharmacy services team members
- QA/QC teams
- authorised and accountable pharmacists

The session will be delivered by presentation and supported by members of the SPS QA team for Q&As.
