About the event

This drop-in session has been developed in light of the recent prevention of future deaths report and the MHRA letter to MS licence holders for aseptic operations.

  • key factors that influence investigations, the contamination control strategy and the training and supervision of staff members

Intended audience

The session is suitable for:

  • aseptic services and radiopharmacy services teams
  • QA/QC managers and deputies
  • authorised and accountable pharmacists

Speakers

The session will include a presentation and a Q&As session supported by members of the SPS QA team.
