Audits and self-inspection
The holders of wholesale distribution authorisations (WDA(H)) should undertake periodic self inspections against Good Distribution Practice.
This audit aide-memoire was created by the NHS Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Committee in 2019, based on current GDP (published 2013) for Trusts to use to audit their own practice.
It may also be useful for organisations outsourcing their services to other organisations with WDA(H)s.
