Background
The northern pharmacy technical services (PTS) workforce project undertook a critical analysis of the state of the NHS technical services workforce across the North of England to help inform a sustainable workforce strategy for the future. The project was delivered by NHS QA, commissioned by HEE School of Pharmacy on behalf of the North of England Chief Pharmacists.
