When outsourcing aseptically prepared OPAT, consider risks to patient safety

Aseptically prepared outsourced outpatient parenteral antibiotic therapy (OPAT) medicines are unlicensed medicines. The NHS Pharmaceutical QA Committee has published a guidance documents to help pharmacies to address risks associated with outsourcing.
